Please use the below guidelines to understand our shipping and delivery terms.
Orders are typically prepared within 24 hours on business days and handed to our shipping partner shortly after.
Estimated delivery times
Denmark (1–4 business days)
EU (2–5 business days)
Rest of world (3–7 business days)
Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods such as holidays, sales, or due to factors outside our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel until delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to change the address once the order has been processed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Orders outside the EU)
All orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union (including Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the United States) are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.
Prices on our store do not include local import duties, national VAT/sales taxes, or customs clearance fees. Any such charges levied by your local customs authorities or shipping carrier (such as FedEx/DHL) are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
