Boxers

We do not accept returns on boxer shorts, except in the case of errors or defective items. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at info@fichicollection.com

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us at info@fichicollection.com. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.

14-Day Return Policy for Other Items

For all other items, you can return them within 14 days as long as they are unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages or Issues

If your item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at info@fichicollection.com, and we will resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
