Where is FICHI based?


We are based in Denmark and run FICHI primarily through our online store at fichicollection.com and through our physical store in Meldahlsgade 2. Most things are handled directly by us internally, from creative direction and product selection to customer support and order handling.

What products does FICHI sell?


We mainly focus on clothing, bags, accessories, and selected lifestyle products. Some collections are permanent while others are limited drops or smaller releases we have been working on behind the scenes for a long time.

Are FICHI products limited edition?


Some FICHI products are released in limited quantities. Once sold out, certain items may not return. This helps maintain exclusivity and reduce overproduction.

What materials does FICHI use?

at fichi we exclusively use recycled fibers, deadstock fabrics, and organic materials.

The materials depend on the product, but we always try to prioritize fabrics and materials that feel durable, comfortable, and premium in hand. We spend a lot of time comparing samples and testing details because we genuinely care about how products age and feel after repeated use.


How often does FICHI release new products?

New products and collections are released throughout the year. Some launches are seasonal while others may appear as smaller curated drops.

Does FICHI restock sold out items?

we are currently working on having some items that are permanently in stock but most releases are intentionally limited. If a product is unavailable, customers can follow FICHI on social media or subscribe to updates for future releases.

How do the sizes fit?


Fit can vary slightly between products depending on the intended silhouette and fabric. We have included a size guide on each product page because we know how frustrating online sizing can be. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us and we will usually give you our honest recommendation rather than just telling you to size up or down blindly.

Does FICHI ship internationally?

How long does shipping take?


We normally process orders within a few business days. Delivery speed depends on the courier and destination country, but we try to get orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible. An estimated delivery date can be seen at checkout :)

Can I return an item?


Customers may return eligible items within the return period stated in the store’s return policy, provided the items are unused and returned in original condition.

How do exchanges work?


Exchange availability depends on stock levels. If a requested size or product is unavailable, customers may instead receive a refund according to the return policy.

Yes ! Sustainability and thoughtful production are genuinely important to us and influence many of the decisions we make as a brand.

We work closely with manufacturers across Europe and place a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, fabric quality, and more responsible material choices. Depending on the product, this includes using upsycled, organic materials, Italian deadstock fabrics, and materials such as SEAQUAL® YARN in our swimwear pieces.

While no fashion brand is perfectly sustainable, we believe in producing more thoughtfully, focusing on products designed to last longer, and being transparent about the materials and production choices behind what we make.
